Foundation 

ABSOLUTE BEGINNER

Step into the new era of Pilates and meet its most underrated powerhouse: the Wunda Chair. This is where strength meets control, and balance becomes a challenge worth chasing. In this Foundation class (for those brand new to Pilates) you’ll learn the fundamentals - grounding yourself in form, precision, and breath - while discovering how the Wunda Chair can ignite your entire body. Expect to move with intention, build confidence, and unlock a new level of power from the inside out.

Essentials 

BEGINNER TO WUNDA

Welcome to the next chapter of your Pilates journey: the Wunda era. Ready to take your Pilates practice off the mat or reformer onto our most challenging apparatus? Small but mighty, this piece of kit demands focus, control, and core connection from the very first move. In this Essentials class (designed for experienced practitioners to translate their skills to the Wunda Chair) you’ll learn how to channel your strength and stability into every lift, press, and hold - discovering muscles you didn’t know existed. Prepare to explore a new range, deepen your strength, and discover a powerful new dimension to your practice.

New to the Wunda Chair? Begin here, then step into Signature to deepen your strength and balance.

Signature 

ALL LEVELS

Our signature Wunda experience: a full-body test of core strength, moving to the rhythm, feeling the burn - and feeling empowered every step of the way. Using one of Pilates’ most powerful pieces of apparatus, you’ll challenge every muscle, every movement, and every ounce of focus you’ve got. Expect layered progressions that meet you where you are - whether you’re building your base or chasing mastery - but make no mistake: this class demands presence, power, and persistence.

If you’re new here, start with Essentials or Foundation before trying this challenging class.

Prenatal 

SUITABLE FROM 14+ WEEKS

Designed with mums-to-be in mind, this prenatal-friendly Wunda class offers a safe, supportive way to stay active during pregnancy. Working primarily in upright positions, it helps you feel grounded and strong — with a focus on core control, pelvic floor engagement, posture and upper body strength. A feel-good flow to move your body, ease pregnancy tension, and connect with others on the same journey.

 

Please ensure you’re 14+ weeks and have GP clearance before attending.

Postnatal

SUITABLE FROM 6-8 WEEKS POST-BIRTH

The perfect reset for new mums. Wunda Postnatal is designed to rebuild core connection, support pelvic floor recovery and help you gently reconnect with your body postpartum. Our expert instructors tailor the class to support your stage of recovery and energy level. This is your time — to move, restore, and breathe again.

 

*6 weeks post natural delivery, 8 weeks post c-section, with GP clearance.

Private Group Session

This 50-minute group session (up to 10 people) is tailored to you. Think: bespoke playlist, good vibes, challenging movement, and maybe a few laughs over the teaser. Perfect for bonding, breaking a sweat, or seeing who really has core control.

TAILORED TRAINING JUST FOR YOU.

Prefer a more personal approach? Our one-to-one sessions are designed to meet your goals: whether that’s rehab, strength building, skill progression, or simply finding your rhythm.

 

You’ll work closely with a dedicated Wunda instructor who’ll guide you every step (and stretch) of the way.
