Wunda Foundation
BEGINNER FRIENDLY
New to Wunda? This is where we start. Wunda Foundation is our beginner-friendly class for those looking to build confidence, learn the basics, or just take things at a slower pace. You’ll be introduced to the fundamentals of the Wunda Chair and guided through accessible sequences to build strength, mind-body connection, and stability.
Whether you’re brand new to Pilates or returning to movement, this class gives you the tools (and vibe) to grow strong.


Wunda Progressive Foundation
READY TO LEVEL UP?
Progressive Foundation is the perfect follow-on from our Foundation classes: designed to deepen your confidence, refine your form, and build lasting strength. We’ll start to layer exercises, dial up the tempo, and introduce props to challenge your control.
Still slower than a Wunda Body class, but with more opportunities to explore progression, variation and flow. It’s your next step, at your pace.
Wunda Body
OUR SIGNATURE CLASS
Unleash your dynamic self. Wunda Body is our signature intermediate class: a powerful, full-body flow built around breath, control and precision, promoting connection to mind, body and soul. Expect a mix of sculpting work and mindful movement, harnessing your strength, paired with a bespoke playlist designed to carry you through every rep, pulse and stretch.
It’s 50 minutes of immersive, intelligent training that challenges your strength, elevates your awareness, and helps you connect back to your body in bold new ways.

Wunda Prenatal
SUITABLE FROM 14+ WEEKS
Designed with mums-to-be in mind, this prenatal-friendly Wunda class offers a safe, supportive way to stay active during pregnancy. Working primarily in upright positions, it helps you feel grounded and strong — with a focus on core control, pelvic floor engagement, posture and upper body strength. A feel-good flow to move your body, ease pregnancy tension, and connect with others on the same journey.
Please ensure you’re 14+ weeks and have GP clearance before attending.
Wunda Postnatal
SUITABLE FROM 6-8 WEEKS POST-BIRTH
The perfect reset for new mums. Wunda Postnatal is designed to rebuild core connection, support pelvic floor recovery and help you gently reconnect with your body postpartum. Our expert instructors tailor the class to support your stage of recovery and energy level. This is your time — to move, restore, and breathe again.
*6 weeks post natural delivery, 8 weeks post c-section, with GP clearance.

Prefer a more personal approach? Our one-to-one sessions are designed to meet your goals: whether that’s rehab, strength building, skill progression, or simply finding your rhythm.
